JUST kidding. kind of. anyway. i have a dilemma. two of them, actually. they are: i currently cant decide if i want to go to bed or not. since the beginning of my summer, i have been working a graveyard shift and then sleeping during the day. welp, its 10:30am and im blogging while watching What Not to Wear, my totes fave tv show. (you know, beside Modern Family and Criminal Minds) I am not particularly tired, but i will later. but i hate bed time. gah. but the lady on WNTW today is kind of annoying. so im going to say goodnight soon. so dilemma #2 deserves a little bit of an explanation and background on my life. it all started about 3 years ago... during the summer after my senior year of high school. my bff, jamie, introduced me to some of the most wonderful movies i have ever seen. they are of course, the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I fell in love almost immediately and later became the proud owner of the entire trilogy due to a Christmas gift from some awesome roommates. I...

so. its been awhile. heh. a long while, a whole semester while. but now school is out for the summer! and i have time to blog, and think in general. this blog post is about my ex-husband. yes, i have one. we had a great couple of months together... but then we were separated, and we both fell out of love. it was messy. it was heart breaking. but i still love him, even if its not conjugal. and he has a problem. he doesnt have enough money to get back to school. so my roommate and i have started a "Jake College Fund". we have a total of $9.43. its pretty much the greatest. donations are accepted and encouraged if you have the means to lend even a few cents. i need this boy back in my life. i havent seen him for almost 8 months. and it will be an additional 5 months if he doesnt get up here to school. youre self conscious about how clean your red hipster glasses are... just in case anyone wants to try them on. you miss your childhood best friend and cousin, jaren wilcox, and wish you could have grown up with him longer. you have wild mood swings between: "omg, i just need to get married right now!" and "ew. im never getting married. boys are gross." you have crushes on at least 20 boys at one time. and youre not afraid to tell them about it. you shamelessly hold hands with your same sex roommate and best friend, nicole chamberlain. you randomly spout off in different accents all the time.

This is it, folks. im returning to to "the land of eternal snow" as my young padawan, breegan lorange, likes to put it. and i wont be coming back for a while. Here are the top 3 reasons im never coming back: 3. My parents live here, along with their "you live under our roof, you live under our rules" theory. whatever, mom. 2. i get to see mah girl, nic chaimsey. 1. NO MORE BUGS the size of ANTELOPES. if you didnt know, im deathly afraid of bugs, and while idaho has plenty of them, it doesnt have abnormally large and scary ones. like june bugs that are bigger then my fist. right.

this is Kansas City, MO. i love the outskirts of this city. its poverty stricken but if i were a painter. i would paint this town.

i would like to take a walk late at night when things arnt so loud outside. where my thoughts can flow effortlessly through my mind in an endless stream of consciousnesses. because sometimes its just nice to look at things and not feel the need to buy them. because its nice to sometimes be alone. i want to learn all about different artists; painters, musicians, writers, filmmakers. because they fascinate me so. i have my favorites, but dont know much about them: Degas, Dubussy, Dumas. i need to spend more time on what i want to do, instead of what i think i need to do. because art inspires me. and inspiration is what really matters.

in the world RIGHT NOW. whitney houston died a couple days ago. she was black. she was a singer (who was better then madonna... according to my dad). she had awesome hair. cause of death: unknown. age: 48. im gonna go with suicide/overdose. i have a new cup that i like to drink from! its a translucent teal plastic goblet.  ive got a headache from sugar overdosing. there is a possible snow day for bentonville, arkansas schools tomorrow. if the snow day really does happen, there will be a post with many pictures, so no worries. SoNA Singers auditions were yesterday: made it. LIKE A BOSS. totes excited about that.

and so making a list of my top 20 favorite songs is taking some time. so my next post will be up soon... and will be a list of the best music you will ever listen to. anyways, today im going to blog about my week so far: practiced some opera music. my grandma's come into town :) caroline got BAPTIZED! today! yeah :) it was also her birthday. took a trip to tanyard creek while it was raining. sang at church and wore a dress for a sexy southern sophisticated woman. sang a song about how im not wearing pants... "im not wearing paaants. im not wearin' paaaaaaaants! im not wearin', im not wearin', im not weariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnn'... PANTS." also, i almost have a nannying job. wish me luck with this one!!

late nights. bright lights. caffeine pills. Harry Potter writes with quills. justin bieber. golden retrievers. music making. backwards baking. daily phoning my asian alaskan. my parents almost named me sebastian.

which means a lot of really great things, but today im going to focus on just one: caffeine makes me crazy. as i sit here typing (at 1 in the morning) my hands are shaking my stomach is hurting im getting incredibly random ideas about what i should do with my free time im anxious and i cant sleep. this evening, around approximatly 8pm, i took 2 pills of excedrin for a migraine i could feel coming on... i thought for sure the effects would have worn off by now. but as you can tell, they havent. and i am still sitting in my bed with nothing to do, no one to talk to, and will probably be like this for at least another 2 hours.

... but not just any old college student, today i received a joyous bundle of news in my inbox. it was an email from none other then the great and famous Luwana Roberts (BYUI Music Department Head Receptionist). it was my acceptance letter to the music education program at brigham young university-idaho!! basically im just totes excited about my life and what lies ahead of me as an official music major. no longer am i a "prospective music major", i am a full fledged singin', composin', and directin' music major! now, i would like to give some shout-outs to the people who got me to where i am today. Luwana Roberts (mentioned above): this lady is just the greatest, she is willing to help with anything i need... including murder*. its true. Luwana Roberts is an accomplice to the assassination of one unsuspecting collegiate singer. who will remain unknown at this time. i have a list of things that i wish i could do or have but i dont... here is a few: fit my whole fist in my mouth (unfortunatly, my mouth isnt large enough) dance. i cannot dance, to save my life. shopping spree's!! i love clothes. eat pumpkin seeds... im allergic pump out some jams like my girl nicki minaj some of these things i just need to get over, like the fact that i will never be able to eat pumpkin seeds, or spend all of my money on clothing. but some things, i just need to work on. i should take some dancing classes, and practice my rapping. something i have also been working on... fitting my fist in my mouth. im determined to do it. i didnt even know that fitting your fist in your mouth was a real thing that people could actually do... until one day, my friend, alissa, brought it up. that wench can fit her WHOLE FIST inside her mouth. and she wont even give me lessons on how to do it. she is a selfish, jealous, little wench.  so yeah, my main motivation in my life...
